Adlers trädgård

Draft development plan for a new residential area outside Örebro. The place is marked by a beautiful turn of the century villa, a river, small allotments with kolonihus, 60th century buildings and industrial buildings. The new proposal explores some classic hustypologier: tower blocks, townhoses and slab. These typologies are all used in the same open area, which links than to a park and a pond. The result is an active living environment of great natural value.
