The jury’s assessment:

A highly original, beautiful solution in which the building has been broken down in such a way that the different functions are articulated as individual volumes, interlinked by a single freely configured foyer. A complex landscape of transparent pavilions makes up a precinct of the arts of non-monumental aspect.
